Currently, there is a staff of seven assisting with various aspects of home builder management demands. The firm uses a combination of proprietary management systems, third party software, consulting and training services, to fully implement and improve home building companies. Much of their success stems from strategic partnerships with other professional service firms and software development companies. In addition, BST, Inc. offers a material take-off service that is used by clients to help them stay current with their hardcost estimating needs.

Noelle started her consulting career after spending close to four years as a mid-level manager for Toll Brothers, Inc. In her capacity as a field operations manager, she worked closely with the company’s president and executive officers. She did market research, purchased land, built model homes, contracted and managed site improvements, home construction, and all other aspects of home building management.

She was given the opportunity to work in the home building industry after her graduation in 1986, from the MBA Program at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, located in Durham, North Carolina. She studied Business in her undergraduate study at Castleton State College, Castleton, Vermont.
